Robert McDowell –
Co-Founder, President
With
over 22 years of telecommunications experience in Transmission
Network Engineering and Customer Technical Support, Robert
McDowell brings a wealth of practical "know-how" into the
operations environment. Prior to Teledon Solutions,
Robert was a Senior Manager of the Technical Support
organization with Nortel Networks' Optical Transmission
division. Some of Robert's strengths include:
Project and Customer Management, Product Management, and
Equipment Installation.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering Technology from DeVry University in Atlanta, GA.
Lewis Reid –
Co-Founder, Executive Vice President
He
has been working in the telecommunications industry for over
14 years. Prior to Teledon Solutions, he was a
Technical Support Manager at Nortel Networks. While at
Nortel, he used his expertise to provide customers with
Technical Support on SONET-based optical transmission
equipment. Some of Lewis's strengths include: Project
and Customer Management, hardware and software design, and
providing Information and Technology (IT) support and
solutions.
Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Wofford College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from Clemson University.
Franklin Agyeman-Yeboah – MS, PE, CPC, Vice
President, Construction
With over 12-years of
international experience in Construction Engineering, Franklin
brings a wealth of professional field experience from a broad
variety of industrial fields which include telecommunications,
building construction, road construction and civil works.
Prior to joining Teledon, Franklin was a Site Manager with
Kajima Construction of Japan, and later moved on to become a
Program Manager with Alcoa-Fujikura (AFL) Telecommunications.
Some of Franklin’s strengths include: Program/Project
Management, Construction Engineering & Management, Contract
Administration, and Cost Engineering.
Franklin holds a Certified
Professional Constructor License (CPC), and a Professional
Engineer License (PE). He is registered with the American
Institute of Constructors (AIC), American Society of Civil
Engineers (ASCE), Georgia State Board of Engineers, and
Kentucky State Board of Engineers.
He earned a Masters of Science
Degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic
State University in Atlanta, GA, and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering from Ghana.
Gene Morgan – Director, IT Field Operations
Gene Morgan brings more than 25-years of
experience and knowledge in the field of communications. He
is a 20-year Army Veteran, with 17-years of Active Duty in the
field of Communications Security Equipment repair. He has
participated in several campaigns including Desert Storm and
Hurricane Iniki relief efforts. After retiring from the Army,
Gene worked for contracting companies managing the deployments
of communication networks throughout the United States.
With his hands-on experience, and the numerous
training received from the Army and from telecommunications
equipment manufacturers, Gene provides field operations
leadership for the company’s IT business. |
