How Does
Teledon Develop Custom Software or other design requirements?

We first
work with our customers to understand their needs. We then
develop a working/draft model of the design. If acceptable
to our customer, we move forward with the development stage
concurrent with continuous communications with our customer
as required, and then followed with implementation, if
required. If the product does not meet our customer’s
requirements there is no charge.
What kind
of warehousing and equipment staging/testing capabilities does
Teledon possess?

Teledon
has warehouse and staging facilities located in Florida and
Georgia. Inventory is maintained via an electronic
database, using specialized software and a bar-code tracking
system. Teledon provides periodic reports – with details
down to equipment serial numbers - that allow each customer
to know exactly what is in stock, and when it was
received/shipped.

Teledon
is capable of staging and pre-testing equipment before
deploying to the field, or simulating large networks for
training or other purposes.

Manual is based on Telcordia’s “Engineering and Installation
Standards” as well as local and State codes, NEC codes, and
RUS codes. An internal audit program is implemented for
continuous improvements in quality, efficiency and work
safety.
